I have placed an order for the redmi note 5 (Gold, 64 gb with order id od[protected] at 12.30pm on 14th march 2018. At 12.46 pm on the same day i received mail regarding cancellation of the said order. At 13.28pm on the same day i received another email confirming the order and expected delivery of the item by march 15th 2018. The item was not delivered even on 16th march. On being enquired about the subject order with the customer care executive, he was not able to satisfy me. May i know whether the team "flipkart" is able to clarify the subject mishap. Verified Support May 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to cancellation of order. We tried interacting with the customer but couldn't connect through so information has been sent with registered email ID. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
