[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 5 pro added in cart but out of stock before payment

During the flash sale on 28 march 18 of redmi note 5 pro mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

This is complete cheating of customers.

Please do the needful

Updated by arnabmallick86 Same thing again 30 March18--. miliseconds or nanoseconds. Humanely not possible to take it forward from the cart. Also when i clicked on place order--Flipkart just gave the message "TOO many Customers tring. Try later". And everyone knows--TRY later means you dont get!! So what to do.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that he tried placing the order but it went out of stock immediately.
Spoke to customer and informed that he was not able to place order as it went out of stock with high demand. Closing the case.

Fake sale created which gets out of stock within seconds. have been trying to order product for past month. if you go to their facebook page you will find many unhappy buyers. bad sales marketing used by company.
thousands of buyers being fooled by this company.
sale on Flipkart also ends within a second.
proof of this scam can be found on their facebook page where it shows out of stock even before sale starts.
scammers need legal action taken against these scammers for cheap marketing.

I'm facing this same problem. Redmi note 5 pro is in my cart but it's out of stock. How should I buy? trying since the first flash sale!
Finally got it in my cart today (30 march) but it's not possible to checkout this quick. Very poor sale by flipkart.

Mismanaged sale by flipkart mi note 5 pro 2 times ( 2 week ) Added to cart but out of stock !!! I am very disappointed . I complaint twice on Flipkart But the same answer "We are working on it" This not a genuine sale It is just SALE OF LUCK . That one add to cart and another got it !!
