[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 7 pro went out of stock after adding into cart and in the process of making payment (< 15 sec)

Flipkart flash sales seem to be a scam. After waiting for 1 week, was ready for flash sale about 1 hour before 11 am. I kept refreshing the site and finally within 5-10 seconds at 12 noon, i was able to add the item (Redmi note 7 pro - neptune blue, 13999) into the cart. To my dismay, while was continuing the payment process (Selecting the emi method) and checking out, it said the item is out of stock. This happened within 30 seconds-1 min from the time i added the item into cart. After i added the item on to the cart how come it can go out of stock in less than 1 minute??? Item is still in my cart.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the availability of the products on Flash sale. We have interacted with the customer and informed that due to overwhelming response from our customers the product got out of stock real quick. Requested customer to try placing the order in the upcoming sale. Also, explained the customer how the flash sale works. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
