Dear sir,

I purchase redmi note5 smartphone on date[protected]. And after four days, i am facing the problem hanging and heating. So i raise query for replacement and refund under policy replacment. But flipcart side not resolve my concern and rejected my quires. So still am facing hanging problem. Kindly do needful.
