[Resolved] Flipkart — Refrigerator issue a water leakage since 1.5 month | |||||
Purchased a Haier Refrigerator on 7th March 2016. Received it on next day 8th March. Found Problem with Refrigerator by end of April that is just 45 days after receiving the product. Filed Complaint about the Fridge with Haier, they sent their service engineer about 4 times. They can't fix it. So I contacted Flipkart, they took longer time to respond to the complaint as they promised. Now, Flipkart is asking to contact Haier to get product fixed or replaced. And Haier is asking to contact Flipkart for replacement or return. Was this information helpful? | |||||
