Flipkart — Refrigerator refund not received

What should i do when flipkart is not refunding my money? When i contact them, they are always saying they have credited the money, but when i check with my bank, they say no amount had been credited. It has already been 3 months.

Updated by nehazul One of the worst service with Flipkart, its been 3 month following them from May 28, 2020 to till date 28th July 2020, but still same dialogue " Amount has been credited and will reflect on 2nd june 2020, these guys doesnot have common sense, its July now.
for these i raise chargeback request to my bank (ICICI), They reverted the mail stating they have not received any amount, have to connect with merchant. FYI, find on trail, i attached ICICI Bank mail copy for too.
