Flipkart — Refrigerator/Bosch

We have ordered bosch refrigerator from flipkart on 27.05.2020, it had to be said that the fridge has been promptly delivered on 04.06.2020. The have starts now, days passby but there's no sign of installation. So on 13.06.2020, we write about our issue of installation to flipkart. On 14.06.2020, we get a message that they are looking into it and they will update by 19.06.2020. Days passby and there's still no sign of installation. So, we raised another issue on 19.06.2020 that since there's no installation till date, please arrange for return and prices refund. Then, there comes email, that they apologise and give time till 20.06.2020, 9.00 pm to resolve the issue. That day goes by and there's still no sign of installation. So, we raised another request for return of the product. Now, we get a message and e-mail that installation and demo has been cancelled. So, we thought that the fridge will be picked up for return soon. Since, nobody has called us or there's no return request e-mail, we tried contacting them through toll free contact. The first two days, we werent getting through and we repeatedly got messages that we will get in touch with you followed by 'we couldn't reach you'. So finally, we got call back and they said that the issue will be resolved. But, neither anybody has turned up for installation or return pickup. So, on 28.06.2020, we got a call saying that the issue will be resolved within 12 hrs. But, we refused that we don't want installation, please arrange return, the customer executive was not that great and she refused that return cannot be accepted since the return window is already closed. But, since the installation has not been done even after 1 month, we don't want to keep the product and we want return and refund. We are not happy with the service provided.
