[Resolved] Flipkart — refund amount not received after 10+ days. | |
I have complained many times to flipkart for my order id: od[protected]. I have cancelled the same as i got different size product and as per approval they cancelled the same before 10+ days and i got confirmation that will get refund amount within 3 days. I have received mail & message that refund successful but till time i havent received any amount in my fk amount as i have paid from fk account. Even always get response as we have escalated and we will resolved at xx date and on that same day they extend other 3 days so is this way of service? Before 3 days fk respod me as i have to contact phone pay instead of fk, i dont know that why you guys cant communicate from your side? I have ordered through fk and now they said that contact phonepay to get refund and phonepay has given me confiormation on mail that refund is not initiated from merchant (Flipkart) side so here flipkart is totattally trying manipulate to me.
