I have order one mobile hand set for Redmi Note 5 Gold, 64... with order ID OD[protected] amounting Rs.11999/- to FLIPKART Internet Private on 09.06.2018 at 22:05:42 through http://fkrt.it/0sqs9KNNNN from Mobile No. [protected] of my son; Debasish Roy. The amount Rs.11999/- was deducted from my Credit Card Number [protected] Durgesh Chandra Roy on date 08.06.2018 at 22:05:42 at Flipkart Internet Private, the message [protected] IN is successful received in my mobile No.[protected]. Subsequently I cancelled the order.

We received message item cancelled:Based on your request, 1 item (Redmi Note5 (Gold, 64...) from your order OD[protected] has been cancelled by the seller.The amount you have paid for this item will be refunded.We will notify you via email and SMS when the refund is processed.You can check details of the cancelled item here http://fkrt.it/UdYsdnuuuN

But we yet not received reversal amount and the same has not been credited to my credit card.
