[Resolved] Flipkart — refund for pnr: mil93b

Hi there, i had done a booking from flipkart travels with pnr: mil93b.
The flight was rescheduled and then cancelled my the airline (Spicejet)... For which a full refund was processed to the travel agency (Flipkart travels) on 29th april '20 as confirm by the airlines.

When reached out to flipkart with all the necessary information they are still saying the the airline is still pending confirmation for the refund.
Its been over 4 month that i have still not received my refund.

Flipkart need to refund the amount that they have received from the airline, for which they are delaying it month by month.

Can you guys please help me here.

Hi There, I have already got in touch with the travel desk team and they have been postponing the refund every month for 3 months now...where as the airline has already refunded the amount to Flipkart on 29th April.. really is this how cheap you can be... holding people's hard earned money...
