[Resolved] Flipkart — refund has not been received from flipkart | |||
I had ordered a Peter England Men’s Casual shirt on 15th of June 2018. However I was not satisfied with the quality and colour of the product. So I had immediately applied for the return of the same. My return was also approved and the product was returned on 20th June 2018. It is to be noted that even after 1 month from returning the item, the refund has not been credited back to my account. When I tried contacting the Flipkart customer care team, they only seem to give the reply that the refund will happen soon and the team is working on it. This is highly disappointing since it has been more than a month whereas the refund was supposed to happen in 7 working days. Kindly note this issue and update me on this. Verified Support Jul 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (20th June 2018). However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
