[Resolved] Flipkart — refund in paytm bank | |
I had order product from flipkart and pay by cash but when i return the product i gave my paytm bank account detail for refund after pickup flipkart says that we are refunded. Flipkart gave me reference no. For id the refund is not credited then you can contact your bank by this reference no. But when i call in paytm care they said that flipkart not refunded you and flipkart says that we have refunded you. Please solve my problem Order id od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 03, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on May 23, 2019. However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
