[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund initiated but not received at my Bank Account.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you that I, Ankush Kumar Chaturvedi had ordered an Mobile phone Through Flipkart of Realme 6i(Eclipse Black, 64GB) of Order ID- OD[protected] on 4/10/2020 through HDFC Debit Card EMI Loan for 12Months of Rs.10099 but after few minutes I cancelled this order ID and I get a notification from Flipkart that the refunded amount will be credited by 13/10/2020 at my Bank Account and they mentioned a Refund reference No.- CR2010041120272396580701 but unfortunately I did not get any refund amount from Flipkart to my Account till now. I also raise Complaint to Flipkart but they told that Refund already credited but actually I did not get any refund to my bank account and not get any Refund clearance message from Flipkart at my phone from 4/10/2020 to 13/10/2020 .I also talk with HDFC Bank customer care executive but they told that there is no any ammount credited at my account through Flipkart .I also check bank statement but there is no any credit amount by Flipkart..So the current status is my bank balance is already run with negative balance due to bounce charge of not emi cleared but I already cancelled order but why this happens I don't understand so I urge to please Refund my
Amount as early as possible for close my EMI loan. I am very depressed by this issue.
