[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund issue | |||
I had brought Micromax Canvas HD mobile with one year extended warranty, on 19th September 2013. (I purchased the product on trust that I get two years of warranty, one year from Micromax and one year extended warranty for that i paid 1248 INR) Details: OID: OD[protected] Amount:14897 Now my mobile is not functioning and I am unable to claim the extended warranty. I visited Micromax registered service centre in Yelahanka, Bangalore and I was informed that Micromax cannot consider this extended warranty and flipkart is responsible for this. Same thing has been explained with Flipkart customer services, I have sent number of E mails to [protected]@flipkart.com, but till now I have not got any good response. Verified Support Aug 26, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer , he informed that the RVP is not done and a person called stating he's from Flipkart and asked customer about the card details telling him to refund his amount to his card, customer gave all details and later he came to know his account is debited of Rs.17000/- and he's filled FIR and he will share the person details in mail.
