[Resolved] Flipkart — refund issue of rs. 449

Money is not credited to my account till now.. But flipkar is saying that they initiated the transaction with reference number[protected].. Had phone call with flipkart customer care executive with the same issue.. bt didn't get any solution.. my order id is OD[protected].. as its showing that refund will be credited to my account on 22nd October. Am in bank but still now my account is not credited with any kind of money from flipkart. They told that i have submit the charge back form to my bank. Dec 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart is saying that the problem is resolved. But my account is not credited with amount Rs. 449 from flipkart. We're writing to you about your Anmi Indie Collection Casual Printed Women Kurti with order ID OD[protected]. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 21 Oct 19 and should be reflecting on your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank.You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number RRN:[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
