[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not given even after 3 months | |||
I purchased case covers worth 2000.00 INR, 2 numbers of MOTO G case cover. The product was faulty so I returned them on April 30 and I got an acknowledgement from Flipkart that it reached their warehouse on May first week. Since then I am trying hard to get my money back. Everytime I call their customer care, they give me super stories and I hung up with spike in blood pressure. I am so frustated that I even wrote two emails to Sachin Bansal.
