[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not processed even I raise return request within 6 days | |||||
I ordered few products including micromab tab micromax canvas tab p70221 16 gb 7 inch with wi-fi+3g on 18th mar 2017. The order id is od[protected]. I got all the products in few days from fiipkart. I got micromax tab on 21st march 2017.. I faced a problem in micromax tab which is not charged and the tab is not switched on. When i plugged into charger, it is showing 100% in 10 minutes, when i plugged out it is showing 0% and got switched off. I tried with another charger also and the tab is not charging. Hence i am not satisfied with the product and raised a return request on 27th march 2017. My wife got a call from flipkart executive on 30th march 2017 (Which is a first delay from flipkart) and he asked details of issue. My wife told about the battery problem and he told that he couldn't replace as flipkart doesn't have a replacement product. Then he asked for a account details to refund the money. But my wife told him that she will check with me and update him. That executive told that he will call tomorrow (31st march 2017) and get the bank details. But we didnot get any call from that executive, so i called flipkart customer care number on 2nd apr 2017 and informed about the issue and other updates. Immediately i got a call from a flipkart executive (Girl) and she asked about the bank details. I have shared my bank details and she got that and told their team will respond by 4th april 2.30pm. But till today (8th april, 2017), i didnot get any response/refund from flipkart. I have called flipkart today (8th april, 2017) and talked to one guy saying all my story and he didnot respond properly for more than 10min and call disconnected. Then again i called flipkart and call connected to associate (Reena). Again i told all the stories to her, she told that i have to service center to repair the product since 10 days replacement warranty has been over. I told that i have raised a request in 6 days, your executive called and got the bank details, then why did you say suddenly the request can not be processed. I told her that i wanted to talk to you senior to discuss on the same. Reena told that senior is not available and asked me to call later. The concern here is worst experience with flipkart customer care that they does not understand customer experience and pains. They are only about to close the tickets.. Very worst service. Flipkart now a days become a worst platform to sell unquality products and cheating customers 2 out of 5 products. I am very much disappointed with this kind of online bad experiences and not happy to buy online. I just either want my replacement product or my money back.. I request to help at the earliest. Fyi. May 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been addressed and the replacement has been processed and information has been has shared with the customer.
