[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received after returning product | |||
I had purchased whirlpool washing machine on 29th september 2019. Also made transaction of rs 13191. I got the product but it was damaged so i returned it. Refund process initiated on 5th december and promised to credit amount upto 13th december. But i didn't receive amount yet. They are saying contact to the bank and bank is saying we didn't get transaction on said date. Was this information helpful? | |||

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 05 Dec 19 and should be reflecting on your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
