[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received even after repeated issues raised | |||||
Order no - od[protected] Refund id[protected] In spite of repeated complaints flipkart keeps saying that refund has been processed, they can not even provide an arn number for bank reference. They tell me to contact bank and raise chargeback dispute request, but for that arn number is required by citibank. I am tired of contacting them repeatedly for help. I keep getting calls from their escalations team saying this is being taken care of and they would contact me after a few days. But no concrete solution so far from flipkart's end. Eventually i raised a dispute request with citibank and got a provisional credit but for a "transaction failed" type dispute. For a chargeback dispute, i will need arn number which flipkart doesnt want to provide me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
