[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received for cancellation of laptop exchange

I am vishwanath prasad. I had bought lenovo laptop in exchange offer, but exchange is cancelled. Flipkart said they refunded me 26 august 2018 but my account is credited rs.17090 for laptop price. Flipkart then said contact to your bank with given refund reference number, i contacted to bank by an application, bank replied me after some days that there is money refunded from flipkart to your account. Again contacted to flipkart, all time they said flipkart refunded on 26 august. But i have not received any refund from flipkart to my account. Flipkart said fill chargeback form to bank, i contacted to bank, but bank said you have to fill chargeback in your flipkart account not in bank. Flipkart cheated me. Please help i need urgently these money.
