Flipkart — Refund not received for the poor quality product. | |||||
Sub-standard quality mobile recieved. Refund application was applied. Courier boy from flipkart came to collect the mobile but due to difference in IMEI No. he refused to collect the mobile. But IMEI no. in bill of mobile and handset are same. But the IMEI no. in letter issued by flipkart to its courier boy was different. After that I approached flipkart to rectify its mistake. But my problem is not sorted out. I have booked for the refund of the product within the time duration. My Order id- OD[protected] Product- Micromax X605 Please look into the matter.
