Flipkart — Refund Not received & no resolution provided | |
This is regarding incident IN[protected] and IN[protected] i have not received my refund for Roncuvita Biotin capsule of Rs 383 which was cancelled by the seller. The seller cancelled the item on 22nd January, and immediately i received an email stating that the refund has been successfully transferred to source. I paid for the same through my paytm wallet, but upon checking it i found that the refund has failed, please check screenshot below. Then i wrote to flipkart regarding it, they told me to wait till 25th January and my refund would be completed, but till date i never got the money. Flipkart got to reinitiate the refund and send it fresh as the previous transaction has already failed, but they just made me wait for nothing, and did not send any refund. Now, i am not even getting any email reply and on facebook they are just denying and saying they have resolved my issue. I WANT MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST. Was this information helpful? | |
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 26, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are writing to you "RONCUVITA Biotin 10000 mcg Maximum Strength, 60 Vegetarian Capsule for Hair, Skin and Nails" in your order id OD[protected]. The seller confirmed that a refund Rs 383 + 43 super coins has been completed in the wallet on Jan 25, 2021. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
