[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund of money against the delivery of an incompatible keyboard case for Samsung Tab | |||
I purchased one ACM Keyboard case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T111 neo by Flipkart in the first week of May and asked for replacement (Order no. OD[protected] as it was not working. I received the replaced Keyboard case and as again found to be non- working, I made it checked by Samsung service center, the service center declared it non-compatible for my tab. (I wondered why Flipkart delivered an incompatible keyboard as the Tab model was clearly mentioned in the order). I therefore called Flipkart Customer Executive and requested for money refund. For the last 10 days I called three times and every time the customer executive promised me to get a feedback call from them within next 24 hours but all in vain!
