[Resolved] Flipkart — refund of my cancelled order | |
On 14 th october i had purchased mi headphone of 399 and redmi note 7s phone of 8099. But for some reason i had cancelled mi headphone on 14 th october and on 16 th october i had cancelled redmi note 7s phone. They said they have initiated my headphone amount of 399 on 14th oct and on 16th oct they initiated my 8099 amount of redmi note 7s phone. I did get refund of 399 of headphone but i did not get refund of 8099 of note 7s phone. Flipkart say again and again that the refund is complete from their seller side, there is problem with your bank. And they give me 9 digit reference id which of no use. Two times i visited bank, they said they cannot check anything from that reference id, if flipkart has refunded your amount it must reflect in your account, but it is not, so go and ask flipkart they only have to check. Even sbi customer care is saying same thing. But when i said this to flipkart they say go to bank again and raise dispute. So that they get free and our problem will never solve.
