[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund of my cancelled product | |||||
I ordered a product from Flipkart last month on the 9th of Aug 2020 by using Flipkart paylater as a payment option and it showed me the expected delivery date of 22nd Aug 2020 but it never arrived on the specified date. Then after waiting for some days, I tried connecting to their customer service and they gave me a date and told me to wait for the product and again after exceeding the date given by them I again tried connecting them and like this, I talked to several of them and they only gave me date and hope but at last I had to cancel my product because I used paylater option my bill was generated on Septemeber and I had to pay the amount of Aug which included the product I never received they made me pay for the product the full amount and they told me to wait for the refund on 10th September I paid the number of rupees 2069 it included one other product (Photo Album) Ireceived it before delivery date I ordered along with the product (Non stick Prestige Kadhai) but the Kadhai I never got. Neither my 1320 rupees. I want my 1320 rupees back in the place for kadhai which Flipkart never gave it to me and for which I had to pay. This is my hard earned money. Now FLIPKART'S CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE NOT EVEN CALLING ME BACK. Was this information helpful? | |||||
