The geyser I purchased on Aug. 10th has stopped working since installing I have been waiting from the past 20 days for refund and there is no Response. I have contacted them for return way before the return period. My issue has not been resolved and they keep giving me a date and nobody is calling me or giving a response. I have lost 2949/-.
