Received a mobile from you on 28/07/18 and swiped my debit card twice. Rs 15, 298/- had been debited twice and credited once in my a/c after a long time. Hence rs 15, 298/- had been paid in cash. My passbook is showing till today that, rs 15298/- had been debited from my account on 28/07/18 through debit card and rs 15298/- had been paid in cash to your delivery man. Hence i would request you to do the needful so that i may get back the amount of rs 15298/- at an early date.
