[Resolved] Flipkart — refund of rs 15298/- against purchase of mobile on 28/07/18

Received a mobile from you on 28/07/18 and swiped my debit card twice. Rs 15, 298/- had been debited twice and credited once in my a/c after a long time. Hence rs 15, 298/- had been paid in cash. My passbook is showing till today that, rs 15298/- had been debited from my account on 28/07/18 through debit card and rs 15298/- had been paid in cash to your delivery man.
Hence i would request you to do the needful so that i may get back the amount of rs 15298/- at an early date.

Updated by udaysankar bhattacharyya I purchased a mobile from your end on 28/07/18 at 12-10 pm and your deliveryman swiped my debit card thrice with pin. No payment had been shown in machine at that time. Hence i paid rs 15298/- in cash to the deliveryman.
After an hour i saw that rs 15, 298/- had been debited twice and credited once from my a/c. Hence, rs 15, 298/- had been paid by me twice to you.
Till today rs 15298/- had not been credited in my account second time.
Hence, i would request you to do the needful so that i can get back rs 15, 298/- from your end. My order id -- od[protected]
