[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund of Rs.55890/- not yet Received from Flipkart Please Help

On Dec 28th I have ordered a Acer Laptop worth RS.55890/- and paid the amount fully through Debit card.After sometimes we cancelled the order and the message in Flipkart showing as refund completed and when I contacted their customer care they are saying that refund is completed from seller it need to complete some bank procedure's.so I contacted the bank and asked them about this.Then bank associates respond as it's an automatic process nothing need to be done by Bank.So I want the refund from retailnet seller or Flipkart.Kindly help.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 55890 + 100 super coins for order ID: OD[protected] on Dec 28, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Dec 31, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 254330. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
