[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund of Rs.55890/- not yet Received from Flipkart Please Help | |||
On Dec 28th I have ordered a Acer Laptop worth RS.55890/- and paid the amount fully through Debit card.After sometimes we cancelled the order and the message in Flipkart showing as refund completed and when I contacted their customer care they are saying that refund is completed from seller it need to complete some bank procedure's.so I contacted the bank and asked them about this.Then bank associates respond as it's an automatic process nothing need to be done by Bank.So I want the refund from retailnet seller or Flipkart.Kindly help. Verified Support Jan 19, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 55890 + 100 super coins for order ID: OD[protected] on Dec 28, 2020 and should have reflected in your bank account by Dec 31, 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 254330. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
