[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund of SanSui AC | |||||
I got damaged SanSui AC product from the day It Got Installed Some Huge sound coming from it. Then I called Flipkart customer care on 26/03/2017 and raised a request for Refund. As Flipkart Customer care informed technician(Karan) came and checked and certified as it damaged peace. After that I got call from Murthu technician on 1/04/2017 took Ac from my home after that no update from either from technician or flipkart customer cares. On the day Murthu technician took AC, He didn’t give any Acknowledgement also. Really I'm unhappy with your service. I don't want damaged product already AC taken from my home.
