[Resolved] Flipkart — refund or replacement | |||
I have ordered gionee a1 (4+64gb) variant on 18th feb 2018 and it is delivered by flipkart on 20th feb 2018 to me. Mobile box is sealed packed but inside it there in only a used mobile, charger and datacable, and nothing else is there. It is return in the product description that there is also a transparent cover, glass, user manual and a ejector pin. Nothing is given to me. Overall it means product is not genuine and it is a used one, that why i am asking for refund to flipkart. But flipkart is giving me replacement. Till now (23rd feb 2018) in replacement process no action is taken at all. And they are also not refunding my money. Please do needfull Therefore, i will advice do not shop anything from flipkart.
