[Resolved] Flipkart — refused to deliver the laptop (acer predator helios 300) | |||||
I placed an order for acer predator helios 300 laptop on october 12th, 2018 in the sale. The expected delivery date was 25th october. But on 25th i received a message that due to unforeseen circumstances the courier is unable to deliver and will deliver on or before 28th october. On 27th i got a call from flipkart and they said that the seller is not responding and you have to reorder it or cancel it if you want refund. I paid 60, 500 on oct 12th and now the price of the laptop is 90, 000. I am a student of b. A./l. L. B and was saving money for months to buy a good laptop. When i finally found it on the sale, i immediately ordered it and now they are saying that i can't get it for this price. First fault of the company is that they can't contact their own registered seller. Second fault is my mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
