[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding auto cancelation of product without any prior intimation | |
I have placed an order of SanDisk 64 GB A1 64 GB Ultra memory card on 21st apr 2019 at proce 792 Rs, then after long waiting time product delivered on 11 May 2019, but it was not 64 GB, it is 32 GB so I have requested for replacement. Then on 21st May 2019 I have got a mail from Flipkart that your order has got canceled due to Product is out of stock. If product was out of stock then how would they have confirmed my order on first time. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract ! Thanks and Regards. Jul 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 21 May 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
