Flipkart — Regarding: Complaint regarding order no.OD[protected]

As per captioned subject it is a complaint regarding the aforesaid order.

The matter is related to the replacement/ refund request of CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan-Rs. 2111

In this regard, I want to make you aware about the facts in chronological order:

1. It is to inform that on dated 17.05.2021 I had ordered the following (Attachment 1) from flipkart:

· HAVELLS EFFICIENCIA NEO 1200mm Elegant White 1200 mm BLDC Motor with Remote 3 Blade Ceiling Fan- Rs. 5505

· CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan-Rs. 2111

Total Amount Paid Was Rs. 7616.

2. Havells fan has delivered on dated 23.05.2021 Invoice is attached under attachment-2 & is working fine till date & have no complaints regarding the product.

3. CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan was also delivered on dated 23.05.20212021 Invoice is attached under attachment-3

4. Afterwards, the CROMPTON Hiflo Wave Wall Fan 400 mm 3 Blade Wall Fan found defective as its swing function was not working & the product return request has been raised on the same date i.e. 23.05.2021 & same has been accepted by flipkart (Attachment-4).

5. On dated 29.05.2021 I had received a replacement against the request made & after open the box I found a useless damaged product (Attacment-5)

6. Since then, I had raise the concern that on Flipkart chat you may find the chat history from dated 29.05.2021 to 09.6.2021 under attachment -6.

Since 29.05.2021 I had continuously following up with the flipkart team over chat & call & everytime I get a system generated message or response & every time the promise resolution date has been given:

· Ist promise resolution date-01.06.2021

· Ist promise resolution date-05.06.2021

· Ist promise resolution date-09.06.2021

But no resolution has been provided till date.

7. Now your team is threatening to close my account under attachment- 7

Your team has asked to submit the ID Card without any reason which I had submitted on 10.06.2021 which is unethical. Your team has continually harassing me. I want to remind you that I am asking for my hard earned money. You interrogate your delivery team who has taken the Crompton damaged fan from me on dated 29.05.2021 & given me this useless product against the replacement as mentioned under point no.5 & attachment 5.

The attitude of your team is highly irresponsible & insensitive towards the customer, I am feeling cheated, this type of attitude not only harass customers it will also hamper the image of your organization as a whole.

Here, as there is a complete mismatch in what is shown & what is given to me. I want a either replacement of the producr/refund of Rs.2111 amount on an immediate basis.

Being a reputed organization this type of behavior is not at all expected from you. The purpose of writing this mail is to make you aware that the service which you had promised is not what actually the customer received. I was very much disappointed by the experience I have faced with your team till now.

I had raised a complaint in against you in National consumer helpline with complaint no. 2773922.

Hope you connect with my mail & do the needful in the case asap, otherwise I had to take legal action.
