[IMEI/Serial No: [[[protected]]] ] Grand Total 919.0 I'm Neeraj Kumar, I purchased the Karbonn mobile phone through online website called "Flip Cart", The phone was delivered to me, it was working hardly 2-3 months only, after that I went to up Karbonn Service Center, the guy told me there was Battery Defective and they kept my Battery for last 25 days and no resolution, however when I asked to update the software they said, there was a hardware problem, so this type of phone you're providing to the customer.
