[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding delivering a DUPLICATE COPY of a Original Product.

I have ordered a Sennheiser HD 218 Headphones from Flipkart worth 1500 on 12 December 2014. The Product was shipped to me on 18 December 2014, Order No - OD[protected]. The Product stopped working after 12 days . I couriered it to Sennheiser India Mumbai Office but there Technician Abhijeet Gore told me that this a fake and a forged product. He wrote everything in the mail and i forwarded the same to [protected]@flipkart.com. They told me that your issue will be resolved by 16 january then they extended it to 18 january 2015 . But still my issue is pending and nothing has been done in this regard.I have mailed each and every document from my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@flipkart.com. These cheap money making tactics and harassing loyal customers is a hard hitting blow to the customer satisfaction policy of the Flipkart. Stop looting people and have some courage to accept your wrongdoings.

Spoke to customer, he claims that he ordered a Sennheiser HD 218 Headphones from Flipkart. The Product stopped working after 12 days . I couriered it to Sennheiser India Mumbai Office but there Technician Abhijeet Gore told me that this a fake and a forged product. Apologized for inconvenience caused and informed customer that will escalate this issue to seller team and will warn seller regarding the same. Informed customer that will do refund and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.

I have made 10 calls to Flipkart Customer Care but still they are oblivious about what needs to be done. They just give me a new date and my issue remains unresolved. Sennheiser India has proved that the product delivered to me by Flipkart is a fake product and i have mailed the same to [protected]@flipkart.com for authentication purpose. But still Flipkart is sleeping
