[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding delivering used products and not replacing products waiting since week | |||
Dear I amrecently purchased bosch refrigerator on 1 may 2019 and delivered on 4 th may and when installation guys came to show us demo and installation. I found scratches in inner body of fridge and cracks and secondly they delivered me without door lock fridge which costs around 26000 and i purchased with lock 32000. So they agree for replacement but on replacement they arranged technical visit which is done by bosch technicians and sended every reports to them but they are not ready to accept that, they only depend upon there server telling when tis get updated they issue replacement. After many attempts of call they are not resolving my issue. Given me 11 may resolution time when after they not given me my money or replacement back then i will do a fir to them against cheating customers md doing frauds in delivering used products.
