Flipkart — regarding delivery of defective piece of moto x 2nd gen from Flipkart (order no. OD[protected]

I had purchased moto x(2nd gen) on 3rd Jan order no. OD[protected] from flipkart and the handset delivered to us had speaker problem.At that time i had to go overseas on my job so i was unable to give it for repair.Now i came back from my job and submitted the phone for repair at your lucknow service center on 11th march and it hadnt got repaired upto 31st march that why i had collected it back. service center persons were informing me on calling that motorola dont have the spare parts of moto x in india that's why they were unable to repair it.They have informed they have to import parts from outside.Why should i be punished for the reasons you dont have spare part of moto x in india for repair.Firstly motorola have send defective piece and now they have worst repair service (The phone was at service center for 20 days and problem had not been rectified).I want to return the phone and also want my money back because now i dont have any trust on your phone and services.I had purchased the phone thinking moto x(2nd gen) will be good product but it is worst as the new phone is not working properly and quality have not been checked before selling that's why defective piece was sent to customer.I had taken the phone for use and not to submit at your service center for repair.I need replacement or my money back..Hoping for your prompt action.
