[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding fake promise to deliver the product | |||||
I have ordered a smart phone at 24/07/2018 and flipkart was promise to deliver the product in 7 working days. I did not received any call regarding delivery purpose and when i checked the status on ecom express site, i saw the message ' customer refuse to accept the order and your oder is already cancelled. This is very bad experience. When company is not able to manage the bussiness topology so why compnay claims to provide the best service.
