I have ordered redmi note 7 pro 4/64 varia t against exchange of my redmi note 4 and paid the rest amount online in flash sale on 13 march 2019. I tracked order and itsshown to delivered on 16 march. I called him on 16 many times, he cut call and say i m coming. I called almost everyday to customer care they say new date is 21. Before that you will get your order by 21. Mar 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I called almost everyday from 16 to 21 on costomer care no 18002089898 with my mobile no 8933878616 and 8840669240 They sent mail from [email protected] need quick action in this regard. They assured me your product is delayed but today they called and forced me to cancel my product because the have any issue with logistics operation.in 5 days they lied cheated and harrassed me by giving wrong hope Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
