[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding installation and demo issue for the washing machine | |||||
Order id: od[protected] Actually we have received the washing machine on 21st march'20. Because of the covid-19, installation and demo are not yet happened for this product. Still, we didn't open our delivered product because we are waiting for a demo person. As per conversation with customer care executives telling like, "rest assured, your return policy will commence only once the product is installed successfully." Latest conversation with customer care executive on may 28 discussion on below, "we are sorry for the trouble you had to go through, this is not what you expected and we really don't want our customers to go through this. We understand your concern about the installation of your product samsung 6.5 kg activwash+ fully automatic top load grey. We are sorry to let you know that due to the current nationwide lockdown, we are operating with reduced staffing. However, we would like to let you know that we're working closely to get an update on this. Please be assured that we will get back to you with an update." June 4th also one of the customer executives mentioned like "as per our conversation we are working to solve your issue with the partner." So i am still waiting for the installation and demo person. Today june 11th, i tried to call toll free number[protected]. But that person's way of talking is not good, he is an argument with me. Flipkart product details page mentioned once the product installation is done, then only return policy will be considered. In an email conversation also discussed many times to flipkart customer care, keep on asking return policy terms and conditions. Most of the persons telling the same thing. But today (June 11) he didn't accept my request. He is telling your return policy is completed and we do not arrange a demo person to your products. He doesn't know about the basic ethics of talking. Now i am requesting to arrange the samsung executive for the demo asap and consider the return policy for these products..
