Flipkart — Regarding misguiding of the flipkart executive | |||||
Hi team, I have ordered a moto e3 power phone and in that i have a doubt that whether the phone has a front camera or not when i called at customer care and asked about the front camera executive told me that this phone does not have a front camera. so i have told him that if this phone does not have a front camera then cancel my order the executive has done the same. when i have checked the reviews of the phone in that front camera is there and then i have called flipkart executive to retrieve my cancelled order the she told that i cannot do the same. And now i am not getting the phone on the website and whenever the phone will be available also the inaugural offer will not be given. so kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. i want my order to be retrieved again with the same offers. Very bad mobile leeco le 2. Iam purchased this mobile on 06/09/2016.v flipcart . The mobile law quality products sell me. Heating broblem. charger complaint.mobile charger pot complaint. And speaker compliant with in 12 days. Very very poor mobile. And bad service .flipcart .
