[Resolved] Flipkart — Regarding our rerun for refund | |||
Dear sir with due respect I beg to say that we have a customer of Flipkart . Sir I have placed order from Flipkart . The product is Apple iphone 6s the cost is 41999 rs . When we open the box there is a dent in the side . When we call customer care there is not properly response . They can always say please wait 24 hours while we waiting 24 hours there is 1 week ago for waiting but there will be no properly response . When we create the return request request was cancelled. Actually sir Flipkart is a commission khane wali company from sellers . Seller was sell his product and give commission to Flipkart 5 percent . The amount of phone is big that was the reason Flipkart not return the product. As his policy say 30 days replacement of product if there is damage or etc. If you can help I will be very thankful to you Was this information helpful? | |||
