[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding replacement of my poco f1 | |||
Order id: od[protected] Return id:[protected] I had order my poco f1 rossi red variant on oct 14 and it got delivered on oct 23. Since then i'm facing back light dispersion issue at the bottom chin. So i contacted flipkart for the same. They sent a technician form jeeves to diagnose the issue. First he told that the issue was real and a replacement will be given to me. After 5 minutes he got a call and then told me that the replacement will not be granted as it is a minor issue. He told to contact flipkart for any other query. But the issue is not minor. It is noticable in day to day usage and is very irritating. Then i contacted flipkart on oct 25 and the executive told me that i'll receive a call from the team at flipkart and my issue will be resolved. But today is oct 27. Till now i have received no call or any confirmation. When ever i call them they just tell me that i have forwarded for request and you will receive a call. They are just blindly ignoring me.
