Sir my flipkart account mobile no is [protected]. My last purchased was samsung j 6 smart phone. Phone get overheated on countinous use. After lodging its complain within 06 days. The technician arrived after 10 days from date of purchase. Only after checking d phone for 10 min. He mentioned no problem. But the problem comes after countinous data using for more than 15 mins.

Updated by Ajeet Roy Today that is 25 Sep on talking to customer care they are telling that I have cross the replacement period time. But the complaint was lodged on d date of 20 Sep i.e within d time frame . So do necessary action
