[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding return and refund | |||||
I have purchased intex aqua a4+ mobile in flipkart, and i applied return policy because the mobile is over heating, my return id is-[protected], and i got approval from flipkart on 2nd august 2018, they said about return request, refund will be transferred to your bank account with [protected]@ business days after pick up is complected, before that our technical engineer will be come and check your mobile as per your appointment, after that pick upping person will come and pick the mobile, they said through call, but still now didn't come any person to me, please kindly help and solve my problem, thanks with regards Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 07, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding delay in pick up, we have interacted with customer and confirmed that pick up is completed he told refund also reflecting in the account hence closing the case from our team
