[Resolved]  Flipkart — Regarding the failed product supply

Respect Sir / Madam I purchased a Canon PG 40 Black Ink cartridge form you with the order Id:OD[protected] but after receiving the order I founded the cartridge was not working . Also product details which is mention on packing showing duplicate of product. So its humble request to you kindly replace it or compensate that loss. Otherwise I will go to consumer forum for my rights.
