Flipkart — Regarding to watch purchase | |||
Dear all, This is my worst experience on E-Shopping since last 4 years. I have placed an order on flipkart on 05.05.2015 with following details:: Fastrack 749PP03 Basics Analog Watch - For Men Qty: 1 Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: Crosssales Review Seller Order Date: 5 May, 2015 7:19 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 989 through Cash on delivery After placing order it shows last delivery date 11.05.2015 & I was going to gift to my cousin on his b'day on 13.05.2015. On 10.05.2015 I have received a msg from him that your order has been canceled but there is no cancelation from my side. On 10.05.2015 @ 07:45 i have called to customer care regarding to my issue but there is no positive response from their side, they just say that 'Sorry from flipkart side, please place the sailor order again', I asked: what the surety that my order will not re cancel again, then they just say, they can't sure but please re-order. Following are the Executive during my talk on Customer Care: Mr. Haider (Consultant: Mr. Ravi Kumar (Supervisor) Mr. Kamal (Team Leader: with interaction i'd:[protected] After my conversion with Mr. Kamal, I request to talk to his boss, he replied talk not possible at that time & ensure that I will receive a call from their side soon, but till today on 12.05.2015 @ 02:00PM I haven't receive any calll from their side yet. I am reviewing this much about it because this gift has much much more value then the total Revenue of FLIPKART to me & my brother.
