[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding undelivered

First of all ecom express is very irresponsible courier service. They didn’t delivered my order instead they returned to flipkart itself. Ecom service boy called me that the ordered item was with him and he couldn’t find out that address, that time i told him to go back for just 5 kms and my brother would collect it. He replied to this that he couldn’t go back instead he would come and call next day. But he never called me next day and i got a message two days later that my ordered item undelivered. I tracked order number through ecom express website and it was shown that the item had returned to flipkart. I’m informing you that the service of ecom is unsatisfactory and make necessary action to refund the cost of that item.

Updated by Sathyajith M S First of all Ecom Express is very irresponsible courier service. They didn’t delivered my order instead they returned to flipkart itself without my permission . Who told them to return it without authorization. It was by me to return the ordered item, not by them. Ecom service boy called me that the ordered item was with him and he couldn’t find out that address, that time I told him to go back for just 5 Kms and my brother would collect it. He replied to this that he couldn’t go back instead he would come and call next day. But he never called me next day and I got a message two days later that my ordered item undelivered. I tracked order number through Ecom express website and it was shown that the item had returned to flipkart. I’m informing you that the service of Ecom is unsatisfactory and make necessary action to refund the cost of that item.

Please refund the amount immediately or i will go for legal action now.

My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
