[Resolved] Flipkart — regarding undelivered | |||||
First of all ecom express is very irresponsible courier service. They didn’t delivered my order instead they returned to flipkart itself. Ecom service boy called me that the ordered item was with him and he couldn’t find out that address, that time i told him to go back for just 5 kms and my brother would collect it. He replied to this that he couldn’t go back instead he would come and call next day. But he never called me next day and i got a message two days later that my ordered item undelivered. I tracked order number through ecom express website and it was shown that the item had returned to flipkart. I’m informing you that the service of ecom is unsatisfactory and make necessary action to refund the cost of that item. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have order mj5 hair vax and dilivered time product are diffrent and loose quantity so please help me my order japan made hair wax combo but dilivery time korean made hair vax this product is totaly copy of origional

I didnot get mine refund amount of rs. 200 which i placed order on one month back product name idly maker.
