On 30th October 2026 evening an ekart dilevery guy came with a parcel of my name and incomplete address my dad made payment and recieved it thought I ordered.
When I came home and saw that I checked my order summary but there was nothing related to that order means i didn't order someone else ordered in my name and send it in my address so I contacted the dilevery agent and told him about this matter he told to return your parcel from order summary but the question is how will I return if I didn't order it's not showing in my order summary then how will I cancel
I also send mail to the flipkart customer care but they didn't respond nor theres any specific number to contact with them it's frustrating I need my refund and and this parcel to be taken back i don't want it
I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible as someone misused my name and also used my address to send this parcel please take strict action on this matter and want my refund back
