Flipkart — regarding wrong details of offer

My name is subhash pagare. I have odered lennovo 7000 mobile phone under the flipkart scheme of 10% off on transction with axis bank debit card but i got no benifit of scheme.when i called to flipkart customer care they said there is issue between flipkart and axis bank we cant do any thing and cancel your order and do it again after some time. I want to say that if flipkart has any problem si why they are attractnig us by showing such type of fake offer.
